Looking for some Christmas stress relief, well I have had the chance to read a fabulous ebook called "A Mindful Christmas" by Barbara Kilievicius.  On reading the book it showed how commercial christmas has become and how much stress everyone experiences.  We all run around getting the right gifts, the right decorations,and the food that by the time Christmas day arrives we often feel let down and exhausted.  This book helps you come to terms with having a more meaningful day with less stress.

Being too stressed is not good for the body and your health; you need to find a way to find relaxation.  There are several stress relieving exercises that you can do to find relaxation and help manage your stress.

Stress can cause you many health problems, such as headaches, weight gain, insomnia, anger and back pain.  Stress causes the body to produce more cortisol, glucocorticoid and adrenaline, cortisol is known as the stress hormone.  Increase of cortisol in the body is also known to help increase weight and retain fat around your middle.
