If you are suffering from anxiety or any fears you can dissolve them using EFT. EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique and it is also known as tapping. EFT uses the acupuncture points on the body but does not use needles, all you need is your hand and fingers.
EFT can be used for near enough anything although here we are more concerned with anxiety and EFT. EFT can provide a long term result for anxiety and sometimes quite quickly as well. EFT can be thought as acupuncture for the emotions because the tapping points are the acupuncture points of the body.
EFT is sometimes the only thing that will help to get rid of emotional problems such as anxiety, fears and a lot more. It can sometimes dissolve problems within a couple sessions whilst talking therapy, such as with a therapist can take months or years. EFT helps to balance the body energies, as problems of anxiety and other emotional problems are caused when the body’s energies are out of balance.
The tapping points are:-
• The karate on the side of the hand
• Start of the eyebrow top of the nose
• Beside the eye
• Under the middle of the eye
• Below the nose and above the mouth
• Below the mouth and above the chin
• The collar bone
• Under the arm about 4” below the armpit
• Top of head towards the back of head
So you need to tap on each of the above points using a couple of your fingers, although at the collar bone you can make a fist and tap using that. Together with the tapping you will need to have some phrases that describe your feelings.
